1st day after holiday

bahasa teruk.... tak faham bahasa....

Sebagai seorang bendahari, saya, tan yi jie telah menyempurnakan kerja dengan baik. Selain itu, saya telah belajar pelbagai nilai-nilai murni seperti tolak-ansur dan tolong-menolong.
Saya telah menghadapi beberapa masalah seperti kesuntukan masa. Kumpulan kami telah menghabiskan projek terlalu lambat demi mengumpulkan lebih banyak maklumat dan membuat projek ini dengan lebih sempurna. Ini menyebabkan kami lambat habis mencetakkan semua bahagian. Tambahan pula, pada masa saya ingin mencetakkan projek ini, mesin pencetak saya rosak.
Walaubagaimana pun, kami telah menghabiskan projek dalam masa yang dirancangkan. Kami telah pinjam guna mesin pencetak ketua kumpulan kami. Oleh sebab itu, kumpulan kami dapat menghantarkan projek pada masa yang telah dirancangkan.

Saya, Ching Ai Juin sebagai salah seorang ahli dari kumpulan saya telah berjaya menyelesaikan projek kami… Dalam proses menjalankan projek tersebut, saya telah memainkan peranan sebagai seorang penolong ketua dan telah memastikan project ini berjalan dengan lancar.
Tugas saya ialah memeriksa segala maklumat yang telah dihabiskan oleh ahli jawatankuasa lain.
Semasa projek ini dijalankan, saya telah menghadapi beberapa masalah. Antaranya ialah memiliki masa yang sempit untuk menghabiakan kerja saya masing-masing. Hal in demikian kerana saya perlu meluangkan masa yang cukup untuk menelaah pelajaran untuk peperiksaan. Kadangkala, saya juga perlu melakukan aktiviti di sekolah seperti mural. Saya berasa amat bimbang kerana aktiviti selepas pnp ini boleh menjejaskan masa tuisyen saya.
Semasa projek ini dijalankan, saya telah menghadapi beberapa masalah. Antaranya ialah memiliki masa yang sempit untuk menghabiakan kerja saya masing-masing. Walau bagaimanapun, saya boleh mangamalkan sikap bekerjasama dengan ahli kumpulan saya. Kami boleh mencadangkan idea kami masing-masing dan menjalinkan hubungan yang erat pada waktu yang sama. Selain itu, saya telah membahagikan masa saya untuk membuat kerja saya dengan bersungguh sungguh.
Saya berasa amat gembira kerana projek kami boleh dilaksanakan dengan baik.
Refleksi veihung
Sebagai seorang setiausaha, saya Lee Vei Hung telah mambuat kerja saya dengan baik. Saya telah mengumpulkan maklumat dan informasi daripada ahli jawatankuasa lain. Selain itu, saya juga mengemaskan semua maklumat sebelum menghantar kapada penolong ketua kumpulan.
Semasa projek sivik kami dijalankan, saya telah menghadapi beberapa masalah. Kadangkala, ahli kumpulan tidak mengamalkan sikap bekerjasama antara satu sama lain. Selepas mereka menghabiskan kerja mereka, mereka tidak memeriksa kerja mereka dan tidak cuba menolong kumpulan lain.
Saya telah menolong ahli lain yang tidak dapat menghabiskan kerja mereka selepas saya menghabiskan kerja saya. Saya cuba menolong penolong ketua untuk memeriksa bahagian-bahagian lain untuk meringankan bebannya.

Tujuan kami melaksanakan projek-projek ini ialah

Projek ini telah berjaya mancapai semua objektif yang telah disebutkan dalam bahagian “objective kajian”. Ahli-ahli kumpulan kami telah berjaya mencapai beberapa nilai murni, seperti bekerjasama, bertolak-ansur dan sebagainya.
Tetapi, kami telah menghadapi dugaan dalam proses pelaksanaan projek ini. Pertama sekali, tarikh peperiksaan hampir tiba. Kedua, beberapa ahli kumpulan kita perlu membuat persembahan sempena hari kemerdekaan. Oleh sebab itu, perjumpaan kami tidak mencukupi. Ketiga, mata pelajaran sivik hanya terdapat 1 jam seminggu, kami tidak berpeluang berjumpa dengan guru sivik selalu.
Walaubagaimanapun, semua masalah mempunyai cara penyelesaiannya. Saya telah mencatatkan segala petunjuk yang telah diberi oleh guru. Saya juga telah membahagikan semua kerja yang diperlukan awal-awal sebelum peperiksaan bermula. Oleh sebab itu, perjumpaan tidak diperlukan lagi.

Kita akan membuat perancangan sebelum kita bermula membuat projek sivik ini untuk memastikan projek sivik ini dapat dijalankan dengan lancer serta dapat menyiapkan projek ini dalam tempoh yang telah ditetapkan oleh guru.
Terlebih dahulu, kumpulan kita telah berbincang tentang nama kumpulan. Selepas itu, kita baru mula bincang tentang pengagihan tugas dan jawatan. Dalam bahagian ini, kita akan mengenal pasti tajuk kita “Malaysia Negara Berdaulat”, baru kita menentukan objektif kita untuk projek sivik ini. Selain itu, kita juga akan mengenal pasti sumber dan maklumat serta pihak yang akan terlibat dalam projek sivik ini.
Di samping itu, kita juga akan menentukan cara mengumpul serta merekod maklumat projek sivik ini.Sementara itu, kita juga akan menyediakan bahan-bahan serta peralatan yang diperlukan supaya projek sivik ini dapat dijalankan dengan lancar.
Selepas perancangan kita selesai, kita akan memulakan projek kita dengan melaksanakan tugas masing-masing serta mula membuat kerja amali. Kita akan merekod tugas yang telah dijalankan oleh kita sepanjang projek sivik ini.
Justeru itu, kita akan membuat refleksi masing-masing apabila selesai membuat kerja amali. Dalam bahagian refleksi, kita akan merekod pendapat sendiri, kesulitan aktiviti dan kebaikan aktiviti kita. Selepas menyiapkan semua kerja, kita baru akan mula membuat penghargaan dan lampiran.

Khidmat Masyarakat merupakan komponen amali dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Sivik dan Kewarganegaraan yang memerlukan penglibatan murid secara kumpulan dalam aktiviti sekolah dan komuniti. Penglibatan ini ialah dalam bentuk projek atau kajian yang boleh membantu dan meningkatkan imej diri, sekolah dan komuniti.
Melalui Khidmat Masyarakat ini, murid dapat mengaplikasikan pengetahuan, kemahiran dan nilai sivik dan kewarganegaraan yang dipelajari dalam bilik darjah. Murid juga dapat merasakan dirinya sebagai sebahagian daripada anggota masyarakat yang bertanggungjawab. Dengan ini murid dapat membina martabat diri yang positif dan berbangga kerana telah memberi sumbangan kepada sekolah dan masyarakat.

Tajuk projek tahun ini ialah “Menceriakan Sekolah Sempena Kemerdekaan”. Kumpulan kita telah mengikut tajuk yang telah diberi oleh cikgu dan telah menghabiskan kerja amali kita dengan membuat mural. Selain itu, terdapat murid-murid yang membersihkan kawasan sekolah, mengecatkan dinding sekolah dan sebagainya.

Saya berharap masa penghantaran projek-projek pada masa depan tidak akan bertembung dengan masa peperiksaan. Dalam tempoh peperiksaan, kami tidak dapat mencari masa yang lapang untuk membuat projek ini. Selepas peperiksaan, kami tidak mempunyai masa yang cukup untuk menghabiskan projek ini.
Selain itu, saya berharap cikgu dapat membimbing kami dengan lebih teliti dan memberi kita lebih banyak petunjuk untuk menghabiskan projek ini.
Tambahan pula, sempena bulan kemerdekaan, banyak persembahan dan persediaan perlu dilakukan. Kerja amali hanya dapat dilakukan selepas waktu tamat persekolahan dan pada masa itu pula kami perlu berlatih untuk persembahan kami.
Oleh sebab itu, saya harap cikgu dapat memberi kita semua infomasi dengan teleti pada masa yang lebih awal lagi.
Selain itu, saya berharap cikgu dapat membimbing kami dengan lebih teliti dan memberi kita lebih banyak petunjuk untuk menghabiskan projek ini.
Tambahan pula, sempena bulan kemerdekaan, banyak persembahan dan persediaan perlu dilakukan. Kerja amali hanya dapat dilakukan selepas waktu tamat persekolahan dan pada masa itu pula kami perlu berlatih untuk persembahan kami.
Oleh sebab itu, saya harap cikgu dapat memberi kita semua infomasi dengan teleti pada masa yang lebih awal lagi.

Dalam tempoh menyempurnakan projek ini, kumpulan kita telah menghadapi pelbagai jenis masalah-masalah. Tetapi segala masalah ini telah dapat diselesaikan dan kita berjaya menghantarkan projek sivik pada masa yang telah ditetapkan.
Pertama sekali, saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada guru Pendidikan Sivik dan Kewarganegaraan kami, Cikgu Fatihah kerana telah memberi kita kita banyak petunjuk dan pertolongan dalam menghabiskan projek ini.
Selain itu, saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada ibu bapa kami yang telah memberi kita pertolongan dan galakan semasa melaksanakan projek ini. Mereka telah memberi kami bantuan kewangan untuk menghabiskan projek ini.
